The 88th day of the year calls for celebration!
This year, we’re joining the global celebration of Piano Day with a series of inspiring performances from Calgary’s next generation of musicians. This two-day celebration showcases the piano’s ability to connect, inspire, and transform public spaces into stages for shared musical experiences.
On 28 and 29 March, Honens is proud to present hard-working students from the University of Calgary’s School of Creative & Performing Arts, Mount Royal University Conservatory, the Alberta Registered Music Teachers’ Association (ARMTA), and our very own Keys for Newcomers program.
Students will perform in three locations over the two days. Designed to be welcoming and accessible to all Calgarians, we’re bringing live music into everyday spaces for a truly community-driven experience. Join us!
