Mission
Honens presents a triennial international piano competition in Calgary that leads the world in identifying, presenting and preparing 21st century pianists for 21st century audiences.

  • Calgary: Rozsa Centre, University of Calgary; Jack Singer Concert Hall EPCOR CENTRE for the Performing Arts
  • New York: Symphony Space (Leonard Nimoy Thalia)

  • 6,000 paid attendance Quarterfinals through Finals, 2006
  • 1,500 unpaid attendance at ancillary events, 2006
  • 3,200 potential at Finals, 2009
